These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Top Coat Performance website and your submission of service inquiries. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website information

The website provides general information about automotive detailing, paint protection, styling, memberships, and related services. Website content is informational and may be updated without notice.

Inquiries, estimates, and appointments

Submitting a form does not create a service appointment, guarantee availability, or establish a final price. Appointments are confirmed separately. Estimates may change after vehicle inspection, confirmation of vehicle condition, or changes to the requested work.

Communications about your inquiry

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize Top Coat Performance to contact you using the phone number or email address you provide for the purpose of responding to that inquiry, discussing requested services, or managing an appointment. Submitting the form is not consent to unrelated marketing messages.

SMS messaging terms

If you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox, Top Coat Performance may send non-marketing text messages about your service inquiry, estimates, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Top Coat Performance text. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or email topcoatperformance@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services. For information about how we handle personal information and SMS consent records, review our Privacy Policy.

The SMS program is intended only for customers who are 18 years of age or older.

Payments, cancellations, and service-specific terms

Payments and online booking may be handled through Square and are subject to the terms presented during booking or checkout. Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, warranties, and service-specific conditions may also be described in a written estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, or service agreement. Those more specific terms control if they conflict with these website terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use services operated by Square, Google, Netlify, HighLevel, and other providers. Top Coat Performance does not control those providers' websites or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, and text are owned by or licensed to Top Coat Performance unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
